I liked the movies even if they were not the best adaptation.

Still,since the tv serise is supose to be based off the manga i hope it turns out good as well.

I'm definitely looking forward to it this coming season.  Can't wait. Although I wonder how much of the manga material they're going to use considering that there is 40 years worth of it alone?
