I wish somebody would post a damn longplay on the Me-Tubes so I could form a proper opinion of it...as it stands, it looks like Defender with boss fights.

I ordered in December before orders closed, but I haven't been invoiced. There must be a big line. Right now, I'm ok waiting.

Buy the rom and he'll deduct the price from the huey if you chose to buy that later, assuming it's eventually restocked. If you're too cheap to risk the monies on that, try the free Santatlantean game instead; the game play is very similar, just with different artwork, no minefield levels, and no bosses.

Yeah, we're on the last roundup of people here. final reminders were sent.

The biggest delay was our plastic we used going out of stock, so we are on another round of a new shade of blue! YEAH!

There should be spares left too for people who didn't preorder. This is because of cancelled orders, or just spares I planned for incase peoples die in shipping, etc.

Being a bit newer here I am still finding a lot of new information and I think I am still a little out of the loop. I am mostly just curious about this game at this point to see if it is something I would enjoy.

Let me just say that I am usually not a huge fan of the old school, high score, type games and I found Atlantean to be VERY addicting. I bought this game directly from Arkhan at CCAG last year not knowing much about it. I had to have it because 1st homebrew on Hu (ehem AbCard). If the few devs that actually have interest in making homebrews for this great console don't get any kind of support they will lose interest in developing more games.

Anyways, the game has awesome music, great controls and varied gameplay. I feel it was very well thought out having a "beatable" game complete with boss fights as well as a "high score" mode. The slick controls, great backgrounds and cool tunes will have you coming back for more.

P.S. I will give $5 to anyone who can beat my high scores.

I was playing this earlier today! Finally beat the first level.

I almost feel like I'm getting the hang of it. The music is still awesome.

Only complaint I have is that the dark blue case I received doesn't fit correctly on the jewel case, so it doesn't close correcly, but this is a minor problem considering the product! Never been too much of a fan of Defender but this game is great.

I had this same issue, so I put aside the blue insert for safe keeping. I then grabbed the extra white PCE tray from my copy of Populous and done, no more issues. Was considering getting some blue dye to stain it to match, but eh, no need to get completely stupid, well, at least for now. lol
