It's speaking in some weird dialect that I haven't heard before or some nonsensical cartoon character language (the whole "~deshi" ending), but it's something like:

おなゃんぐ！　おぉぉぃ！　待ってくれでし！　わしも連れて行ってくれでし！
Ack!(?)  Heeey!  Wait for me!  Take me with you too!

And I'm assuming the whole "dadadadadada" part is some sound effect that the character is making for running/running away.

That's weird, it still takes me to the download spot.  As for what Nayam is saying, that's not what I was getting at.  I guess I just have a dirty mind, because, the way he's talking, & the noise in the background, sounds to me like he's, uh, playing with himself.

The voice is from the Cat. Its pretty standard for animals and children to have female voice actors in games and anime.

Well, I think it's from the cat anyway, and I seem to vaguely remember hearing this cinema's audio before. Which CF game is it? I've only played half of them and that was years ago. Wait, weren't there two cats, like a father and son?

It's Nayam, the father, in CF 1.  I recognize his voice from all the others.  I don't think Pico was in the first one.

It's not just the voices, but the actual drawings now. These days I can't tell males and females apart in anime and Japanese video games, especially if they're made by Square.

I like Amano's androngynous art, but I don't like the gaudy/tacky queer/downs syndrome style of the current square artist.

I don't have a problem with the efeminite homosexual aspect because I think it's 'gay', I love homosexuality, -that art just doesn't look nice to me.

And although I don't have too much of a problem with an artist's characters having the exact same face, what's his face's characters looks more inbred than cherub like.

I can handle a lot of the pretty boy crap that some anime's have, I tend to hate where the FF series has gone art-wise, with 12 being the worst, mainly because the guys look flaming, or, ultimately, look like chicks.  At least the main character anyways.  The game looks like it might be cool, so I may get it somewhere down the road, but, I still hate the style for the humans.  Like I hate Windwaker's human/elf art, but I recognize it's a great game!
