Silky Lip is it any good?

Mahou No Shoujo - Silky Lip anyone played the PC Engine prototype or the MegaCD version?
I'd be interested to know how it plays and if it's any good?

I started up the Mega CD version the other day because I wanted to watch the intro again.

That's about it though, there was some walking around and such after that and then I went and shut if off.  By the way, I can't tell if those are donuts or onion rings in the intro.  Mysteries in the mind of a magical girl.
