This book is a Kickstarter project by the UK group Read-Only Memory (they did a similar book for a history of Sensible Software). It was written in partnership with Sega, who gave them full access to the corporate archives and whatnot.

I backed this project about a year ago, and just got the book in the mail from Switzerland yesterday. It's amazing quality (hard cover, full color everything, gatefold pages) and has a ton of content and interviews to dig into. Can't wait to read it.

Thats' awesome! How is the pages (ie. weight,gloss etc.? Also can you post the table of contents pic? Thx

The pages are heavy weight glossy - interviews section is a lighter weight black and white (seems like it's almost an homage to Jump manga or something). I'll post the table of contents next time I get a chance.
