No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Anyone know of someone or a website that sells them?  My searching isn't getting me too far.

Yeah my DC has a chip from that guy on assembler games and it's phenomenal. US/JP/PAL and I had some custom dev bios installed so it's extra sweet.
