Recommend some import Saturn games... please

I am new to the Japanese Saturn seen and i am looking for some recommendations that are "must haves" for the system.
Me likey action, shooters and side scrolling goodness

Battle Garegga is a great overhead shooter as is Soukyugurentai.  I have them both which means they should be pretty cheap.  Blast Wind is another good overheard shooter and Hyper Duel is a good side scrolling shooter.  Both are cheap if you steal them.  Despite its hype, I really enjoy Radiant Silvergun.  Of course the Capcom fighting games are always recommended.

My mind is drawing a blank right now, but there are definitely more great games.

as for shmups, go for all exclusives, since most of the non-exclusives are better on the PSone, except of the ST-V ports (since this hardware was literally a Saturn in arcade form).

You'll be tracking it down on the Playstation.  It is Japanese-only on the Saturn.  As if the game weren't hard enough, WD supposedly made the US version even harder.  I've never played the PS version because I bought the Saturn version and wasn't tremendously impressed with it.  The gameplay mechanics felt so forced.

I did play the Saturn version some time before that though.

I'd go for Batsugun since its not fully emulated yet. Also get Thunder Force V.

EDIT:  Some hate it and others love it, but you might want to check out Sol Divide.  Other Psikyo shooters that are pretty good are Sengoku Blade 1&2, Strikers 1945 II.  Gunbird is great as others have already recommended it.
