2/13/2025: Localization News - Cosmic Fantasy 3-4!

Rather earth-shattering news in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 community: Cosmic Fantasy 3 & 4 has been officially localized to English by Edia 30 years later for the Switch! Hard to believe! I know their script quality is poor given the 1&2 port but still good to see.

Too bad it is the week after I get back from vacation when I will be broke.  Maybe I can convince my gf to go with me...  I am relatively close in Buffalo, NY.

well if you are broke, it certainly may not be worth the trip!  lotta gas just to get here....

It's not as huge and lavish as the MGC.    It takes place in one giant hall.   You can see in the video footage.  Its still a kick ass time though!   Lots of goods to be had, games to be played, and chicken wings to be eaten

You think there will be anyone at this thing that could fix two broken Laseractive machines for a reasonable price?  Maybe a Turbo Express sound fix?

hmm, I don't know about that, its mostly collectors, not repairers.  Though I have never asked anyone if they are savvy at that stuff.

The show went good.   alot of interest in the homebrew stuff!  A few hopeful PSG chiptuners were interested in squirrel.

alot of people were interested in Insanity, and Mysterious Song.

The only copy I've ever seen of Judgement Silversword was there. At $170 though I had to pass. I just bought old FC games.

yes, there was a chiptune demo with 6 songs you could cycle through

unfortunately it was kinda loud and you couldnt hear R-Type at that time..

well, I could.   but the camera didn't pick it up!
