No, I got the one Sicboy bought from Thibaut.  I remember him mentioning in the shoutbox that he did't see paying the extra 100+ bucks for something that looks like a photocopy.  I'm not terribly concerned about the letter myself.
Any particular reason you want a quality scan?  Thibaut's photo on his sale thread shows a pretty good quality pic of a letter, isn't that it? (I would imagine you could read the kanji).
