Just curious. 

What if some of the peeps and friends on PCFX aren't posting anymore cause their dead?  How do we know?  Should we have a loved one, or put something in our will(s) to have somebody come on the forums and say "We are saddened to let you know that Tatsujin has passed away"  or something?  I'm just wondering cause, like me, many here are in there 30 somethings, and really our days are numbered.  What if some of the guys/gals here that used to be major players, and all of the sudden dropped off the face of the PCFX planet are actually dead?

@Mathius; After drinking a liter of belgian beer, that may have made sense. In the meantime, you have come up a non-sequitur that has even me stumped. In lieu of this, I had like an hour of laughter reading this post between classes. Well done, but what the hell does that mean?

@JoshTurboTrollX-16, How would we know if peepz dropped off? Well either they got lives, got married, got a job, needed to do something else, got a hobby, started a club, got a newer job, worked more at their job, got a promotion and were taken out of state more, started volunteering for the union, started hanging out with their kids, started building hot rods, started a business, coached a baseball team, had kids, started fixing turbob/PCE, got a veterinary degree, found Jebus, etc. If they died, the only real way we would know is from an external relationship from the forum, i.e. 2 friends are on the form, and one informs the "homiez" of what happens. It's unlikely someones relative would have their password, or that a person would be like:

 "Hey, mom/dad/guardian/wife or husband/sister or brother/lover/fill-in-your-blank/ PCEFX means a hell of a lot to me and if I kick the bucket, please tell the peeps that I bit the big one." make sure to use the words "He/She Would have obeyed with all of you should he/she have still been here."   

Granted most (by stereotype) of us are supposed to be fanboys that pound Ramen, Redbull and Jolt Cola. The sense of camaraderie is apparent in our community. We're more tight-knit than the other gaming communities, i.e. the F@ck Ebay Club, and we should be proud of that.
 
Maybe in some cases the old-school homiez aren't gone...

 

They could have moved on in their lives, gotten that promotion, had more kids, gone back to school, put the PCE away and taken life to it's next step. Well, we can only hope for the best for them, but holy jebus!!, I get hyphy if I don't play Xanadu at least once a Month. After 6 months w/o a SCD (thanks BMW) I almost built a Supergun and started thinking about an MVS again
