I understand how you feel punkic, during the cold war i also found myself reassigned and found i might have to get rid of my turbo collection. What i was able to do though was smuggle most of the hucards by putting them in peanut butter sandwiches and packing them into fellow officers lunch boxes. Once we arrived at our post i just waited for nature to take its course and retrieved my hueys from the latrines.

Well just got back this morning and what a trip i had. I metup with Nulltard on the way down and after a really good lunch and a huge margarita, he then forced piles of douphile wares into my arms and now i am even enjoying them with my breakfast. Thank you Nulltard!

Anyone going to this? Me and a buddy are taking a break from vegas and going on road trip starting today and hitting every gaming store we can find on the way to oklahoma for the show this upcoming weekend. The expo will have lots of pinball machines there as well (which i am a fan of), video game competitions and a bunch of homemade retro goodness. We will also be going to kansas for a day to visit his folks before we make the trek back. So if your going let me know and we can meet up!

Venom, thanks for this. Gley Lancer is alot of fun and pretty tough too. The ntsc-j cart was ok but i ended up swapping it to a ntsc cart, made a new shiny label and cover for the genesis box. So your old bootleg is happy in its new home.

I believe that the PSX and FM Towns versions actually use the arcade's graphics.
Raiden was one of the reasons I got a Jaguar the second time, but I found that I don't like that version's visuals.
For all the hype and potential that we were promised about 64-bit power, this version is STILL lacking in many ways. It should have been arcade perfect, but alas, we were given a Euro-ized interpretation (which I believe originated on the Atari Falcon PC) that falls short.

I pulled the pcb from mine put it in a nice old sonic 2 case and reprinted a beautiful label. Only issue is the pcb is alot thicker than a standard one.
