You guys are gonna be tempted. But if a bunch of them go for 99cents on ebay than the supply will be much higher than demand and that will keep the price at a few dollars at most.

I'm not sure I've ever seen it for less than $40 on eBay. People have payed hundreds for it in the past. I think $40 is fair, not any more than that though.

They were $45 shipped from Tobias sealed. They were misprints with a basic manual but $45 didn't seem too bad to me.

I bought my complete copy on eBay maybe 4-5 months ago for $30 shipped. It happens.

I think $40 only seems bad because you are passing them out for a pittance here (minus case of course). I can't say I've regularly seen the complete boot versions going for under $40-50.

I bought mine several years ago. Before we knew anything about loosies and misprints. He charged me something like $38 shipped. The dollar/euro ratio was a bit better then, which probably accounts for the difference.

UK is fine! First class international has been pretty cheap for sending these. (maybe $2.50 US) All I have left are the misprint copies. They play fine, its just the label colors are off lol. But I still have maybe 200 or so of those left! Send me a PM with your address and I'll send em your way!

The fact that your doin this just so us poor saps can get our hands on this rarity of a game is awesome! And you didn't need to but throwing in the financial stats was a neat touch but doesn't cover the man-hours u've put into the whole project. I just sold a bunch of old Magic:gathering cards on Ebay and it took me almost a whole day to do all the shipping labels and packaging! (and that's only a 1/3 of the amount of orders your getting for Sapphire!) So good on you sir!

Long story short, can i please get a copy sent to me? haha. Misprint copy is fine, i just wanna see what the hype is all about surrounding this game

Got mine yesterday...

I noticed something interesting of note with the "good print" disc I got. While the colors are correct, the resolution is substantially lower than the disc in the "full version" I bought from Anime4Ever years ago. I'm not sure if it's just my disc or all the "good print" discs. I'd be interested to hear a comparison from someone else who got a "good print" disc from this batch and also has one of the "original" boots from several years back (Zeta?).

Yeah, my bad print actually looked better quality then my good copy.

I printed out mine and it fit perfectly. Check all your printer settings and make sure they are correct.

Yeah! I never seen the one copy from a few years ago to compare to, but I did get both versions from BlueBmw and I thought the blue one looks way more detailed than the black one.

Edit- I wasn't complaining. After looking at it again...overall it looks amazing! I think the only reason the blue looks better is because of less contrast to the silver cd compared to black (if that makes sense). I think they both look great.

I should have the arcade card any day now. Anyone been playing this game recently? Have any tips on gameplay?

If its too difficult, you can cheat like I did and play on easy with 9 continues

After you get a little better you can bump it back up to normal and maybe someday hard.

One of the four ships moves a bit quicker than the rest. I think it's the one 2nd from the left on the ship select screen. Try using it first if the others are too slow.

but I never had the pictures in a pdf. You might have to do a couple printscreen shots and edit them in paint. This program works really well, you can even do the spines and everything.

There is "excess" that you need to cut off. Having said that, is it printing the right size? It would appear too large initially, but again, you have to cut the excess off (look at the lines).
