OK, apparently, this was a Japanese PC game in the making and it had a demo, which is impossible to find.

SOMEBODY FIND ME THAT DEMO.

Don't know it.  Don't love it.  PC demos = yawn especially since there's really no PC standard.

The Irate Gamer sucks. How could anybody support him? Anybody that thinks the Irate Gamer is good should watch this:

http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/106507.html

He rips off other game reviewers. He's NOT a gamer, and he doesn't know WHAT he's talking about half the time.
I haven't herd the avgn complain about it so i guess he doesn't care.

Still cussing and getting angry is now a copy right for reviewing horrible games ?

Any ways the only thing that annoys me about the,IVG is he all ways missing some facts for his reviews.

With his recent review he forgot..to mention that (zombies ate my neighbor) has a genesis release as well.

The original track is alright for 2Unlimited-esque arena techno.

The remix is BAD. Like ONION BAD.

If you like extremely dated SpaceJam techno (not dissing SpaceJam, awesome movie) like that, you owe it to yourself to pick up a SNES game called Biometal.

The original game was packed in with the SHMUP maker Dezamon, and originally had a nice SHMUP-esque soundtrack.

Whoever brought it over here decided it wasn't "hip" enough and licensed an amateur musician (actually they got 2Unlimited's producers, so the original statement still stands) to convert most of 2Unlimited hits (a.k.a. Ready 4 Dis, No Limit, etc...) to SNES format, using horrible samples.

The game itself is an alright SHMUP, although it's a little weak because the Dezamon engine is so limited. It's also very generic, which is possibly why the 2Unlimited music was added, to actually make people want to buy this game.

It doesn't make me want to buy it, however.

EDIT: Cheetahman Remix #2 is alright, reminds me of the Brutal: Paws of Fury SEGA CD soundtrack.

Are both of your links from "Vocaloid", Bonknuts?  I still can't believe the Windows world hasn't caught up with VocalWriter which has existed on the Mac for nearly 10 years.

No, the first one is sung by a real person. Besides, who uses Macs?  :P

I like the sound of this one -

Turbo D

In reality, Mac has barely caught up with pc. It has just recently got intel processors. Not to long before that it upgraded to a unix based OS. I think that Mac has lost a lot of its character with these changes, but maybe its just me  :-k

Damn good question.  I still haven't met anyone who has ever used one.  Maybe Macs are just a rumor/myth?

Too bad Youtube isn't in stereo because the music in that is pretty good and has a great soundset.

Quote from: turbo DNot to long before that it upgraded to a unix based OS.
Ummmm... when will Windows upgrade to UNIX based?  My guess is never.

TurboXray

Why would you want to upgrade (downgrade) to Unix? That's old hat(pun intended), it's time for a new OS structure

Actually that second video is from Vocaloid 2 and the third from Vocaloid original engine. It's for native japanese language synthesis developed by Yamaha and licensed out to other companies. How good is Vocalwriter for MAC?

Joe Redifer

It's Mac.  MAC is "Media Access Control" as in MAC address.

Anyway, here is a decent example of Vocalwriter.  The musical soundset is nowhere near as good, and all of the vocals are generated synthetically (ie: it's not a vocoder).  This was done on the ancient Mac OS 9.

Haha, that's hilarious that there is some channel showing a SNES game being played (poorly). I was going to guess that the game was Ninja Warriors but after looking it up, it doesn't look like it.

Necronomicon (JP Sega Saturn)
Yeah people give credit to devil crush for being one of the best video pinball games out there, but i think this "excellent title for the saturn" belongs up there as well.

That game would drive me nuts, especially with that moron always babbling on and on about irrelevant nonsense.  I much prefer the scrolling views of Devil's Crush which also has features that could never be done in a real pinball game, like creatures walking around on the board and bonus rooms.  This game just kind of sits there.  The music is repetitive and uninspired.

Kitsunexus

I <3 pinball games! I love Pinball Dreams so much that I own the SNES version (and when I get an Amiga, the far superior Amiga version), and possibly the best traditional pinball game for ANY system, Extreme Pinball for PC.

You HAVE NOT LIVED until you have played Epic's Extreme Pinball for PC. It put Digital Extremes ON THE MAP.
