If you look into it further you'll find out that it was a special segment the cast and crew made for a internal staff tape called a "Christmas Tape" and wasn't meant to be aired at all. Something about all of the shows made by Thames TV would make a tape of outakes to play at the staff's christmas party. It was eventually aired a lot later in the context of an adult program.

It was a bizarre program anyway, but there are quite a lot of old bizarre tv programs from the U.K. Not enough thesedays, sadly. The 21st century just seems like a dustbin of memories ...ah!

I found a GIGANTIC Toshiba VCR player in the garage which, reading from the shipping/purchase card, was bought on August 10, 1983. The TurboGrafx-16 itself is hooked up to the antenna input, and a double-ended A/V cable used to connect to the computer through an ADS Tech Video Xpress. If you have a capture card that supports these connections or have a device able to hook up to a PC that can be used to capture video, you can record through real hardware by these means.
