Link was posted to give more insight into the Dell guy himself. A lot of people actually don't remember him or have any idea who that clown was, so your brief mentioning of him may hold no meaning for some. Same as if out of no where I made a comparison to the Rallys cha ching guy. A lot of people don't remember him, and most seem to not realize it was Seth Green. As for your Turbografx kid, odds are no one will ever know who he is. Its not worth pondering over.

Bought me a NES Control Deck today!  Picked it up from Weirdguy on the CGCC forums.  Clean unit, with 2 controllers, original paperwork, original hook-ups and near mint box/packaging.  $50!  I'm super stoked as I've been looking for a NES for a few months now.  I've found at least 3 units before, but they were all in the USA and shipping to Canada always put them over $60 (US Dollars).  $50 CAD was my limit so the price was perfect.  Pics to come!!!
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

PikachuWarrior

did it come with game and light gun or was that a different packaging?

So my $30 Final Fantasy XIII-2 Collector's Edition came in (Xbox 360), but it arrived with the plastic torn, so back it goes! If you aren't a sealed game collector, you wouldn't understand the fixation. It's amazon's fault for not using proper shipping packaging. The replacement is being overnight shipped--should arrive tomorrow!

That still won't work otherwise I would have been all over that for the SuperGrafx episode of Game Sack.  For whatever idiotic reason (and it has been proven that NEC is nothing if not idiots) the shape of the expansion port is different in the US than it is in Japan.  Plus there is a giant wire coming out of the side, right where it needs to NOT be,  My TG-CD interface is modded with an RGB out which I can transcode to component or s-video.  I would have loved to make higher quality recordings for the episode.

You can either attempt to rewrite the originals, or write copies from images.  I've had a few bad disks, but so far I've been lucky and have been able to repair / rewrite them.

Yeah as long as you have the capability to write images to disks then you should be fine. The packaging/instructions is mostly where it's at anyway (aside from the actual game!).

X68k Valis II has very nice graphics, smooth scrolling, and fantastic music.  However the control is beyond terrible, the worst control in the entire series, and that's saying something.  You are essentially locked to a grid (think Tomb Raider), but no "walk button" so you constantly run off platforms to your death, plus UP to jump and you need good momentum or you will not make the jumps.  The music is so good I keep playing it anyway though.
