Someone told me you had something smart ass to say about something you know very little about. Why am I not surprised. A long time ago my kids were joked about on here by other members. I retaliated in kind. It was a extremely heated situation that had been building for years, not days, and was not taken lightly by either party.  Apologies were issued and BOTH parties made what amends could be made, and that is that, and I don't think the other party would appreciate you using their situation as a tool assist for your circle jerk buddy.

It would not be my decision, but as much as he is acting out, and the shit he is pulling, I don't support him being banned for this. The sad thing is this section of the forum was set up with a "anything goes" agenda. You either have it that way, or your don't. If you don't, then this section of the forum needs to be done away with, because it no longer serves its purpose.

My only concern at this point is he honors his raffle and rewards a winner with what he stated was the prize, a New Adventure Island hu-card. He fucked up and called this an auction a few post back, and that makes me concerned he has no intention of honoring this. It needs to be honored 100 percent by him, and if he doesn't, then ban him. You know, and this is what I was just telling Herc, I honestly think cjameslv does think I am some kind of selfish bastard or something because I didn't do the secret santa thing, or because I am not in a situation that I cant just leave my kids and travel around to see whomever whenever like he can.

He has put such a high importance on those two things, making them the focus of his argument, that he has totally lost perspective, or never actually had any to begin with. I don't need one special occasion to give someone something around here. I do it all year long. The holidays are something I reserve for my close family. Its a very personal time and I prefer to keep it between me and my family. There is nothing wrong with that, and I seriously doubt I am the only one here who feels that way.

The same goes for me up and leaving my kids for days on end so I can go travel and hang with whomever. My kids are my priority, and they need me here. One day they will move out and be doing their own thing, and whatever traveling I would like to do can wait until then. Nobody is more important to me then my kids. Just how it is, and I would expect any other parent here to feel the same.

The thing with the child support James, I never asked for it. NOT ONE DIME. I had my ex-wifes parental rights terminated after she was prosecuted and a permanent no contact order was put in place in case she is ever given parole in the next 40 years or so. If you had half a clue about what you were joking about, you'd realize just how much you were fucking up here, including the shit you and DK are trying to dredge up. Those who know me well here know of me and my kids situation in detail, and know that I don't take kindly to my kids being joked about.

They know I'd never take support from my ex-wife, and they know exactly why, because of the things my ex has done. She is not their mother in any way other then that she gave birth to them. It was initially a raffle where in order to be able to enter you had to make fun of me. It was titled something like "ProfProf child support raffle" and the guy said he was taking donations on my behalf or some nonsense. Further down the thread he fucks up and called the raffle a auction too, so I don't really know wtf he was planning there. It was hard to tell if he was taking any part of the raffle seriously at all. He got nothing but a negative response from the whole thing.

Now its just a raffle where he is pretending to be totally outraged at what I did to Tobias, and accusing anyone who supported me in it of having no moral compass and he is insinuating the community is lying about the whole Tobias Sapphire bit it seems. The guy just cant seem to get his shit straight, but basically what this amounts to is fuck you guys, but here is a free game I might let you win.

I think he is more interested at this point in just seeing how many will sign up so he can accuse anyone who enters that supported me of being a hypocrite. A few of us suspect only a DoxPhile member will actually win, due to raffle rigging from a guy with zero integrity.

The key thing is I never stole anything from Tobias. I in fact offered to let him get the stuff back if he provided return shipping cost, and he declined, stating to keep the stuff or give it away, so I did. The main thing I wanted to do was confirm the address info I had and be able to take pics of the stuff along with a shipping address and email it back to Konami EU.

I never asked him to send any specific titles or anything. Everything he sent he did so of his own accord. Tobias believed what he wanted to believe, that he was doing some awesome self promoting, and in the end it worked out where myself and others have been compensated over his Sapphire dickery and Tobias got to be the butt of a joke for once. He had it coming. Cjameslv implying otherwise is a direct insult to this community.

Ironically, cjameslv never had a DoxPhile account until he signed up late last night after the flamewar had abated.  I think that the JO crystal photo may have given the impression that he was a DoxPhile regular when in fact he just happened to be passing through my little corner of Kansas. The route to his destination literally crossed like 2 blocks away from where I work, so we met up for lunch.  I would do that with almost anyone here if the stars lined up and led them to my doorstep.

As much as I love reading the dramas, I will say that a bad taste was left in my mouth. I prefer Fenix style "i'll fuck your mouth butt you gayfag fuck queer bitch cocksucking obabmafucker" flamewars as opposed to verbose family-bashing and permanent bridge-burning.  Also not down with digs on income.  That was a side of him I've not seen before.  He is a chill, intelligent, good humored dude in person... but fighting street doesn't exactly bring out the best qualities of people.

Anyway, I just wanted to go on record as saying that this was not a DoxPhile sanctioned flamewar despite DK's contribution and the masturbatory antics of cjames and myself.

I would like to withdraw from the auction due to how it would look on the off chance that I would win.

There are definitely some tricky parts, because I was not able to quickly beat NAI when I played it in the last year or two.

I've made it about 2/3 of the way through NAI. Its definitely beatable, but I usually lose interest after a few continues.

I finally made it to the final stage in Lords of Thunder yesterday. I had two continues too, but I was ill prepared for the last stage. That is one intense stage!

I may consider picking it up again sometime. It will have to be on the back burner for the moment. I'm up to like about 80 games or so on PCE/Tg in a very short period of time, so I am slowing down buying stuff and trying to play some games first before I buy much else. Well that and I have geared focus over to Famicom some too since there is stuff on it I never got to try.
