IIRC, this is part of a larger special that aired on PBS in the late 80's. I watched it a bunch of times (especially during PLEDGE DRIVE). This was when Sylvester McCoy was Dr. and Ace was his sidekick. They had behind-the-scenes footage of Cybermen, an explanation of how they make things "glow" (i.e. some magic arrow thing) and even some stunts where Ace & Dr. dive onto cushions or something.

The sad thing is that I still haven't seen the new Dr. Who episodes that have been airing recently on Sci-Fi channel. And I want to see the U.S. movie that had Eric Roberts in it! I missed that too!

Peter Davison, wasn't a bad doctor either when he played the 5th one.

This SMB anime was never release outside of japan.

For that matter it's only video release was on VHS.

I've herd it... go's for alot too for collectors as well from what i under stand.

Also keep in mind there are no "fansubs" for it still it's not hard to follow the story.

Seems like 'it follows the video game pretty well compare to the, SMB super show by d.i.c

Broken Thunder (the next pseudo Thunder Force sequel) Level 1 & 2
Music is great, but not much else is impressive.

The intro is bad-ass, though

Herzog (MSX prequel to the cult hit Herzog Zwei on the Genesis/MD)

Good memories of the Genesis sequel. I think it was the first RTS game that I really enjoyed... (Wait, that's not true. There was Utopia for the intellivision.)
